Oui, Paris!

Something about stripes that always screams, "Paris!" to me. (Tu me manques, Paris.) I love how it goes with everything and it immediately gives an outfit a chic factor. I've also been really into monochrome these days-- going for blacks, whites, and same color tones-- it just works! This shirt used to actually be a dress-- but I knew I wouldn't wear it as much at that length so I cut it in half and made it into a crop top. Many more wears came out of this.

And overalls have become somewhat of an easy piece to pull everything together. I've added a few into my collection in variety of colors and fits to ensure that I will have the perfect one for any occasion. I'll probably be seen in overalls pretty much all spring. Other ways I want to wear long overalls is with a sheer blouse as seen in Seoul Fashion Week on Hyoni Kang with some leather or spiked jewelry or a crisp white blouse as seen on Courtney Trop of Always Judging. A pair of simple sandals or pumps are always an easy way to dress up the look if you're going out for a meeting or lunch date.
