Bat Gal

Feelin' like a real bat gal these days with everything that's going on in my life. Juggling a full-time marketing job, styling, and blogging while still trying to be a human being and go out once in a while has become somewhat of an adventure for me but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love every second of it because I know it means I'm working towards my dream. Being prepared is key to success. I found that dressing up triggers an instant happy and preparedness that allows me to take on my day more aggressively-- sort of like a superhero costume. So, no matter what my schedule, I always look forward to taking on the day in something cute and easy. Planning my outfits in advance always helps. This way, I can take on more important decisions in a snap.

I'm finally getting to photograph some of the goodies I snagged from Korea from my last trip. This type of gold skirt is such a great one to throw on when you're in a rush. It has all the elements you need to make a statement while still riding on a low maintenance vibe. It's super easy to move in and its shape allows you to wear a more comfortable top. I chose this Zoe Karssen Bat Tee I've been wearing pretty consistently since I have purchased it last year. Uber soft, perfect basic tee with of course a little something extra with the batman motif.

Cropping your tee like this, accentuates your waistline and shows off the details of your skirt. If your skirt has a unique design like this, don't cover it up with your t shirt! Make it shine by shortening your top.

Pac Man earrings! This was a no-brainer-immediate-purchase type of situation. Super cute, dainty earrings were all over Korea. These were from a small shack in Insadong, the Arts District of Seoul. Me likey.
